Foods that are warm and hot take heat to our bodies for example tea, garlic, and meat, etc And cold and cool foods cool down our bodies for example Cucumber, milk, and watermelon, etc. Cold foods that help to clear the toxins and in turn offer a relaxing effect on the body Best and worst summer foods mean foods that are hot and cold our bodies.
Neutral foods are foods like oil, rice, and fish, etc.
